Being able to clearly identify the outcomes of any project is essential to the successful implementation of the project. While clear and concise outcomes are important it is also important to develop effective strategies to meet the outcomes you identify. 

In this assignment you will identify the necessary resources, including a potential budget, a realistic timeline in which someone can implement the project, the timeline for the project, and the strategies you will use to achieve your outcomes.
