For Phase 3 of the Capstone project, analyze and describe the strengths and weaknesses of the aggregate and the community where the aggregate resides.

Phase 4: Risk Assessment
For Phase 4 of your project, you will select a family in your aggregate and complete a risk assessment in the field using the information from chapter 18 “Community as Client: Assessment and Analysis” and“Appendix D Friedman Family Assessment Model (Short Form)” as a guide. Describe how the family,environment, home, and risk assessments were conducted, using your course textbook as a reference.
Describe the results of the assessments, drawing conclusions about the health risks to the aggregate as you see them.

The Research paper -Students are required to submit 2 research papers in the semester, the first due in week eight, the second in week15. Late papers will lose a grade for each day it is late.
Each paper will be a minimum of 15 pages in length.
Note that this is to be a critical analysis with research, and not a diary, personal opinions are elicited, but confessional meanderings are not. The degree to which a student may become extremely personal is the degree to which the ideas of the class can be brought to bear upon the utterances in a critical manner.
All Research papers are to be typed, in manuscript format. The Publication Manual of The American Psychological Association is the source, in the Graduate Communication Arts Department for format and citation techniques. Note that this technique is somewhat different from the MLA style usually taught in most English classes.
Each journal will outline the major ideas of the textbook assigned for that period and will relate those ideas to the needs of contemporary communication within the scope and techniques of the course. You should use outside research (a minimum of 10 sources) to examine and analyze the relevant points of the text.

The assignment for each paper will be graded on the following:

Approximately 20% of your paper should be quotations. Penalty for having more than 25% quotations or less than 15% could result in failure
