The project focuses on Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) with the project goal to increase nurses’ therapist compliance rate on Functional Independence Measure (FIM) charting through clinical alerts (CDSS). Elicitation of Requirements

For this part of the project, you will elicit requirements and data for the successful implementation of the project solution. Write an essay (500–750 words) addressing the following:
