Fortunately, there are strategies and tools that can help ensure integrity in academic and professional work. This Assignments asks you to consider these and how you might apply them to your own work.

In the modern corporate world, having advanced planning would be essential in helping an individual concentrate on planning how to be successful both academically and professionally. In the professional and academic field, success would depend significantly on the kind of network created. The network comprises specific team members and individuals who play a role in making the academic and professional pursue success in the medical field (Siciliano et al., 2018).
Therefore, this paper describes various academic and professional connections that have played a significant role in creating my academic and professional nursing practice.
For instance, my push to become a successful nurse practitioner would depend significantly on the instructor’s and peers’ support in the academic context.
As a Registered Nurse and practicing Nurse Practitioner, it would be encouraging to involve the contributions from instructors and peers that would contribute to guiding the study process. The instructor is always in charge of any academic practice and would be willing to guide me through the research, study and course completion (Siciliano et al., 2018). The academic peers also play a significant role in making my success in a class by working on various issues that I may not understand from the instructor.
Also, in the professional context, it is necessary to have connections practically applied in contributing to the success at the place of work. Having connections and a healthy network in the medical field plays a significant role in making a successful career in the medical field. Having a nurse mentor and a nurse practitioner mentor has also played a significant role in becoming a successful Registered Nurse. The nurse practitioner would guide me through the practical’s and rounds I make in the facility as a new nurse practitioner in the professional field.
The nurse mentor would be considerate in choosing what is best for me and how I can directly complete some professional moves. Also, having a connection with an official nurse practitioner who is in the field creates the chances of recognition into the possibility of being considered for a Nurse Practitioner Psychiatric position in the future.

His hands-on experience and knowledge within the field can help provide and lead me to become a better Nurse Practitioner. As a patient of his in my past time he always said, “To achieve optimal health is to strive both physically and mentally”.
I always strive to become that nurse practitioner who treats all patients equally as Dr. Rsaul does. Quality is undeniably pivotal in every care intervention and ways to revitalize the patient’s life will always be imperative. Conclusion
The selected professional and academic individuals are known to make a successful push to my interest in becoming a successful practicing nurse. For instance, in the academic field, the individuals such as instructors and peers played a sensitive role in guiding me through the practices that were essentially encouraged to become one of the leading performers in the medical classes (Jackson, 2017).
In the professional contexts, the selected individuals also played a significant role in becoming a successful nurse by helping adapt to the professional practices and considering the intentions necessary in becoming a successful operator in the hospitals (Siciliano et al., 2018). ACADEMIC RESOURCE/STRATEGY 1
The approaches I will take towards my studies are primarily to evaluate my position and career goals that I need to achieve. The Walden University Writing Center will be an appropriate academic resource for use in my studies. My initiative is to achieve as much information as possible to understand diverse concepts surrounding the nursing career.
Focusing on studying the academic materials available in the writing center will be essential in building my knowledge.
Further, the writing center will enhance my writing skills by helping me gain information on distinct referencing styles I should use. As a result of relying on the university writing center, I will gain momentous understanding of a variety of topics, helping me complete my course efficiently.
ACADEMIC RESOURCE/STRATEGY 2
My instructors will also be relevant resources throughout my course. Our professors have access to different academic sources and knowledge required to succeed in the nursing degree. Depending on them will be vital in enabling me to secure significant information related to being a registered nurse.
I can also rely on my instructors to advise me on the policy and support groups which will be essential in my studies. Throughout the MSN program, I aim at building a positive rapport with the course lecturers. As a result, I will have the opportunity of gaining all the support required for my studies.

The other academic resources that will be efficient in my studies are my peers. Since we are in a similar course, my peers will be helpful in providing me with relevant information about various concepts. Working in groups helps expand on the knowledge that we currently have. Thus, I shall focus on creating strong relationships with my peers. The opportunity will be necessary to interact with them and exchange ideas and concepts related to the MSN program. I believe that engaging other learners will be beneficial to my successful completion of the nursing course.

I have a registered nurse as my mentor in the healthcare field. Since my mentor has been practicing nursing for an extended period, he provides precise data of what I should expect. The nurse practitioner mentor is also experienced in dealing with different types of patients. The objective of having a mentor is for him to guide me in my professional choices. He provides efficient information on the field experiences, which will be useful in improving my nursing practice.
PROFESSIONAL RESOURCE/STRATEGY 2
The other professional resource I will incorporate in my studies is the Welcome Home facility. I will spend a significant amount learning about how nurses operate in the organization. Consequently, the experiences in the institution will be useful in helping me gain knowledge and reevaluate my nursing skills. My nursing profession will grow drastically by understanding the field expectations as a registered nurse practitioner. Thus, the Welcome Home facility will be a useful resource by providing me the opportunity to engage directly in my nursing practice.

My MSN program advisor will also act as a professional resource for my career achievement. My advisor has been on the job for a prolonged time. During that period, he has gained significant experience in taking care of patients. He has also attained relevant skills on how to ensure successful career growth. My goal of being a registered psychiatric nurse will, therefore, be developed by working directly with my advisor.
